We are thrilled to introduce Karl Bater, MIIRSM, as our Lead Trainer at Site and Safety Training.
Karl’s extensive experience and profound expertise in health and safety within the construction industry span over several years, marking him as a distinguished figure in the field.
As a proud member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM), Karl has dedicated his career to elevating safety standards across construction sites. He specializes in delivering the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS), providing comprehensive training that bridges the gap between complex safety regulations and practical application on the ground.
Karl’s enthusiasm for fostering a culture of safety is matched by his commitment to excellence in training delivery. Known for his engaging training methods and his ability to demystify intricate safety concepts, Karl ensures that all participants leave with a thorough understanding of their responsibilities and the skills to implement best practices effectively.

Feidhlim Bryan
Dip SHWW (Construction) Grad IOSH
Feidhlim has worked for the last 30 years in large music festivals and events and is in his 13th year of working in health and safety specialising in both the construction and events industries. Registered member of IOSH at a graduate level Feidhlim will be undertaking my IPD this year to become a chartered member.
Having completed many contracts from Olympics in 2012, Rugby world cup 2015, Festival Republic events Ireland, World Mobile Congress Barcelona and many other noteworthy events Feidhlim is wel and truly versed in all things events.He has trained people in many areas of safety and enjoys the classroom environment as well as auditing and consultancy.
Feidhlim has a passion for health and safety and believes that many accidents have been prevented during his career that could have had life changing consequences for the people involved. 10 years on from the Olympics and he is continues to enjoy his work in both health and safety and in infrastructure.
